JUDY CHICAGO AND LEDA CATUNDA AT FDAG
The exhibition establishes a dialogue between 14 representative works by both artists. There are paintings, embroideries, collages and reliefs executed in unconventional supports that address, above all, the theme of the feminine, also exploring biomorphic forms and power systems that perpetuate gender hierarchies. Judy Chicago, 82, works from the notion of art as a vehicle of transformation. Leda Catunda, 60, develops her pictorial production based on the imagery voracity of our time and by mapping identities marked by consumption. Galpão Fortes D'aloia e Gabriel Rua James Holland, 71 Mon – Thurs: 10h - 19h; Fri: 10h - 18h; Sat: Bookings at +55 (11) 97146-2507 Exhibition: March 12th - April 23rd
REGINA SILVEIRA AT LUCIANA BRITO GALLERY
The various possibilities of meaning and representation of the Brazilian fauna have permeated the artist's research for many years. As an unfolding of this investigation and making an allusion to the exoticism that surrounds our biodiversity, Silveira presents "Fauna Mix". The exhibition features four large handmade tapestries and three large digital prints. Recently, Regina also produced a series of tailor-made rugs for the Rosewood Hotel lobby in the Matarazzo City project. Simultaneously, she presents "Other Paradoxes", a retrospective exhibition at MAC USP; in addition to "Touch", a large installation in the newly opened Hugo França Gallery in Trancoso (Bahia state). Luciana Brito Galeria Avenida Nove de Julho, 5162 Tue - Fri: 10 - 19h. Sat: 11 - 18h Exhibition: February 12th - March 19th

LETÍCIA RAMOS AT MENDES WOOD
To create her particular visual universe, the artist has been developing an intense technical, historical and iconographic research. Within each project, her experimental cinematographic devices are renewed, forming each story based on the combination of situations produced in the laboratory and others captured with more open lenses. Celluloid film and emulsion are Ramos' essential material, which means she manipulates and reinvents them with expertise. In this solo exhibition entitled "Noises", almost nothing is what it seems to be. Mendes Woods DM Rua Barra Funda, 216 Mon - Sat: 11h - 19h Exhibition: February 12th - March 26th

ADRIANA VAREJÃO AT PINACOTECA
Considered one of the most internationally recognized Brazilian artists of all time, Varejão´s new exhibition "Sutures, cracks, ruins" is the most extensive show ever held about her production until now. Bringing together a significant set of more than 60 works (from 1985 to 2022) and contemplating the most important series of her career, Adriana will also occupy the Octagon (central area of Pinacoteca´ space) with recent works of the project "Ruins of Charque". Her production seeks a continuous reflection on painting itself, its materiality and expansion beyond the two-dimensional plane. Repeatedly marked by a simulation of violence, the artist's poetics point to decolonial subjectivities. Pinacoteca de São Paulo Praça da Luz, 2 Wed - Mon: 10h - 18h Exhibition: March 26th - August 1st

GRETTA SARFATY AT AURORAS
The solo exhibition "Retransformations of Gretta Sarfaty", presents works created in the late 70´s: a large set of photoliths and paintings that demonstrate the many ways Sarfaty began her trajectory, moved simultaneously by pop and neo expressionist references, and by experiments with new media techniques of image reproduction, addressing questions about the condition of women in society. The exhibition is organized in partnership with Central Galeria, which reissued Gretta's book "Auto-Photos" in 2020, also showing the recent acquisitions of her photoliths made by Museo Reina Sofia. Auroras Av. São Valério, 426 - Morumbi Sat: 11h - 18h or on previous booking Exhibition: March 12th - May 21st
